With the 2012 Games fast approaching, the planning team is hard at work ensuring everything is ready to go by the 17 NOV Game Day!

Thank you to the 2,707 U.S. and Japanese volunteers who made the 2011 Kadena Special Olympics a tremendous success! The smiles, laughter, and joy on the faces of the 3,555 athletes and their families is a testament to the efforts. Thank you for helping keep the spirit of Special Olympics alive on Okinawa and we look forward to seeing your next year in 2012 as we celebrate our 13th Kadena Special Olympics! – Major John Nolan
